What we collect
When you submit the quote form we collect the name, email address, phone number, postal code and project details you enter, together with the page you submitted from, the referring page, any campaign parameters in the URL, and the time of submission. We also record an internal priority score calculated from your answers, which we use to decide who to call back first.
What we use it for
- Replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote
- Arranging a site measure
- Following up on a quote we have sent you
- Keeping our own records of work quoted and carried out
Who else sees it
Your submission is delivered to us through an automation service and stored in our email and records systems. Those providers process it on our behalf.
We do not sell your information, and we do not distribute your enquiry to other contractors. If any part of your project needs a trade we do not carry out ourselves, we will ask you before passing anything to anyone.
We do not submit permit or rebate applications on your behalf unless we have agreed that in writing with you. Applications are made by the property owner.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries are kept for one year, and records of completed work for as long as we need them for warranty and tax purposes.

Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@ottawadriveway.com and we will deal with it.
